Payment Terms

- Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
- Balance: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, bank transfers, Cash App and Zelle.

Owners Cancellation Policy

At Owtkast Entertainment LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality service and a memorable experience for all our clients. However, in unforeseen circumstances where we must cancel our services, we commit to the following:

1. Notification: We will notify you as soon as possible regarding the cancellation, providing you with details and reasons for the decision.

2. Refund: If a cancellation occurs on our part, we will offer a full refund of any deposits or payments made for the event.

3. Rescheduling: Whenever possible, we will work with you to find an alternative date for your event, ensuring you receive our services at a future time that is convenient for you.

We understand that cancellations can be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your understanding and cooperation during such situations are greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! Below are our guidelines regarding cancellations:

1. Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations must be made though email or text message
- Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your event or reservation without prior notice, the full amount will be charged.

3. Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation.

4. Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies occur. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us directly to discuss potential exceptions to this policy.
